Sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Tasty home made local region food. Great service and wonderful view across the dam. If the locals eat there then it can't be bad. Will go back next year.

Verremo ancora.

One of the best Place to eat in the valley. Here you can find a very simple yet extremely good local cuisine. Polenta concia (cooked corn flour with mountain cheese and butter) is one of the "must to try" of this place, not as main course (we call it "primo" in Italy) as well as side dish. Another amazing main dish are "ravioli al burro nero", homemade ravioli with cheese and herbs with a lot of caramelized butter and grated parmesan (see picture) As "secondo" (main dish) you have to try "trota al burro", a small river fish served with sage and butter.

I had lunch today here with my friends, and it was an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly kind and warm, making us feel right at home. The quality and taste of the food were exceptional—every dish was delicious. The prices were very fair, and the desserts were fresh and tasty, a perfect way to end our meal. The atmosphere was cozy and authentically Italian, with a perfect view to top it off. Highly recommend!

This seems to be the place of choice for all local workers, meaning you get good value and good portions. The food is regional and absolutely well prepared and a very congenial atmosphere. You definitely hear that you are in Italy here, in a good way.
